| 摘 要： | 推动医院信息系统（HIS）建设规范化，加强医院信息化建设的管理、监督、指导和评审，是政府卫生部门必须考虑的一个重大课题。通过对医院的调查研究和对系统的全面了解，确定了针对医院信息系统进行测试的技术方案，并设计建立了含有系统性能测试和功能测试的评测指标体系，对引导HIS建设健康有序发展奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | Promoting the HIS to conform to the standard, strengthening the administration, monitor, guide and evaluation of the HIS is a great significance task which must be concerned by the health system of government. In this article, it tells you that we can assess the HIS scientifically, rationally and comprehensively by working out a scheme, making a set of standard system including the standard of function testing and quality testing which based on the investigation and research on the HIS system taken by experts. |
