HPLC-ELSD法测定产妇安胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定产妇安胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法应用蒸发光散射检测器,Hypersil NH2（25cm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,乙腈-水（85∶15）为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果盐酸水苏碱在5.13-20.52μg范围内呈线性（r=0.9991,n=6）,平均回收率为96.8%（n=6）,RSD为2.2%。结论本法简便,快捷,结果可靠,可用于产妇安胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的质量控制。

HPLC-ELSD analysis of stachydrine hydrochloride in chanfu'an capsules

OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine the contents of Stachydrine hydrochloride in Chanfu＇an Capsules.METHO With the use of Evaporative Light Scattering Detector（ELSD）,an Hypersil NH2（25 cm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column and acetonitrile-water（85∶15）as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.RESULTS The calibration curves of Stachydrine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 5.13～20.52μg（r =0.9991,n=6）,t1he average recoveries was 96.8%（n=6）,with RSD of 2.2%.CONCLUSION It Was proved that the methodwith HPLC-ELSD Was simple,the results were reliable and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of the content of Stachydrine hydrochloride in Chanfu＇an Capsules.
