| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨图形诱发电位（P-VEP）与糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的关系。方法：对正常对照者及各期糖尿病患者分别测两种空间频率（0.388、1.55）刺激的P-VEP。结果：随着糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和发展，P-VEP的波幅下降，潜时延长，并以潜时延长改变显著。增殖期视网膜病变的视力高低与P-VEP改变无关。血糖浓度高低与P-VEP改变无关。结论：P-VEP检查可对糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和发展作监测。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the relationship between P VEP and DR.Methods:Two different spatial frequency stimuli(0.388,1.55) for P VEP were detected in normal subjects, who were used as controls, and in DR patients, who were divided into different groups according to disease stage.Results:P VEP showed decreased amplitude and increased latency in DR. Changes in latency were especially significant with the onset and development of DR. Visions in proliferative diabetic retinopathy and blood glucose levels were not related to a change in the P VEP.Conclusion:P VEP may signify the onset and development of DR. |
