摘    要:目的:探讨神经内科护士对卒中二级预防健康教育的知识、态度和行为及其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对61名神经内科护士卒中健康教育的知识、态度和行为进行调查。结果:①知识得分(55.28±7.60)分,属于中等偏低水平;②96%以上的护士认为进行健康教育是有必要的;③行为得分1.95±0.88分,介于"部分做"与"小部分作"之间;④影响护士健康教育行为前3位原因是"担心不能传递正确的信息"、"没时间"、"没这方面知识";⑤影响护士健康教育行为的主要因素为"卒中单元工作时间"。结论:护士是健康教育的主体,管理者应健全专科知识考核体系,优化人力资源配置,改变护理模式,从而提高健康教育效果。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the knowledge,attitude,behavior and related influencing factors of neurologic nurses on health education of secondary prevention of stroke.Method: A survey was conducted with a self-designed questionnaire to explore the knowledge,attitude and behavior of neurologic nurses on health education of secondary prevention of stroke.Results: ① The mean score of the knowledge scale was 55.28±7.60,representing the medium approaching low level;② Over 96% nurses reported that it was necessary to conduct health education on stroke;③The mean score of the behavior scale was 1.95±0.88,representing the point between "partly" and "small";④ The top three reasons were inability of delivering correct information,time limitation and lack of the professional knowledge;⑤ The working time in the Stroke Unit was the main factor influencing nurses health education.Conclusion: Nurses are the main force in health education.In order to enhance the effects of health education,nurse administrator should improve the professional knowledge evaluation system,optimize human resources and reform the traditional nursing care model.
