内蒙古某医院286例药品不良反应分析

目的了解内蒙古医学院附属人民医院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点和规律,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法对该院2008—2010年收集到的286例ADR报告进行分类统计和分析。结果 286例ADR中,男性与女性比例为1∶1.36,多发生于50～70岁的人群,占41.61%。以静脉滴注为主,占91.26%。引发ADR最常见的是抗微生物药,有148例,占51.75%。ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,有123例,占43.01%。结论 ADR的发生与患者体质、用药途径和种类等因素有关,应不断加强该院医、药、护人员ADR监测工作的宣传、教育与指导,确保临床用药安全、有效、经济。

Analysis of 286 Adverse Reaction Cases

Objective]To understand features and irregular laws of adverse reaction（ADR） in Inner Mongolia Medical College Affiliated People＇s Hospital,and provide evidence for drug useg safety in clinic. Methods]A total of 286 reported ADR cases collected from 2008-2010 were classified and analyzed statistically. Results]Of total 286 ADR cases,the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.36,.41.61% of ADR occurred to people aged from 50 to70 yeas.Most cases were induced by intravenous administration,accounting for 91.26%.148 were caused by antibiotics（51.75%）.The ADR were chiefly manifested as lesion of skin and its appendants in 123 cases（43.01%）. Conclusion]ADR relates with patientis＇ physique,route of administration and types of drugs,etc.It is necessary to strengthen the education and guidance of ADR monitoring for medical staff so as to make sure the safety,effectiveness and convenience of drug use in clinic.
