高邮市流脑流行前期健康人群抗体水平调查

目的通过开展流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)流行前期人群抗体水平监测,全面了解和客观评价高邮市正常人群流脑A群和C群免疫水平,为制定相应的防治措施提供依据。方法对高邮市三垛镇<1岁、1岁~、3岁~、5岁~、7岁~、15岁~、20岁~、40岁以上8个年龄组320名健康人群,每组随机抽取不少于40人,采集血清。采用ELISA法检测人群血清中的A和C群流脑抗体,并进行统计分析。结果调查的357人中,A群流脑抗体阳性率为78.15%,GMT为1∶47.09;C群流脑抗体阳性率48.46%GMT为1∶6.72。3岁以上年龄组的A和C群流脑抗体阳性率较高;3岁以下年龄组流脑A群抗体阳性率较低。结论高邮市三垛镇3岁以上年龄组A和C群流脑抗体免疫水平较好;<1岁、1岁~年龄组A群流脑抗体免疫水平不高,经分析其免疫史,与部分儿童初免2针未完成接种有关。

Surveillance on Antibodies Levels against Neisseria Meningitides among Healthy Population at Epidemic Earlier Stage in Gaoyou City

Objective]Through monitoring of antibody levels against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（ECM） in epidemic prophase to comprehensively understand and evaluate the immune status of group A and group C,and provide evidence for developing appropriate prevention and control measures.Methods]Totally 320 healthy individuals of 8 age groups,including 1,1~,3~,5~,7~,15~,20~,≥40 years（at least 40 individuals in each group）,in Sanduo Town were recruited for serum sampling.ELISA assay was used for ECM group A and C antibodies detection in human serum.The results were statistically analyzed.Results]Of the surveyed 357 individuals,the positive rate of ECM group A antibody was 78.15%,GMT was 1∶47.09;the positive rate of ECM group C antibody was 48.46%,GMT was 1∶6.72.The positive rate of ECM group A and C antibodies in≥ 3 years age group was high,while that of ECM group A was low in 3 years age groups.Conclusion]The antibody levels against ECM group A and C are relatively high in ≥ 3 years age group,while ECM group A antibody level was low in 1 and 1~ years age groups which relates with unfinished second dose of vaccination through analysis of immunization history.
