摘    要:目的评价某压力容器制造企业屯焊烟尘综合治理技术改造工程的控制效果,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法采用改造前、后对比的方法,对设计的评价指标进行统计分析。结果改造前,共检测电焊烟尘作业岗位16个,合格7个,合格率为43.75%,改造厉,共检测电焊烟尘作业岗位21个,合格19个,合格率为90.48%,合格率明显上升;分别在改造前、后手工电弧焊同一作业岗位检测锰及其无机化合物浓度,其检测结果也明显降低;焊接岗位吸尘罩的罩口控制风速基本上能达到控制电焊烟尘的要求。结论该技术改造工程项目对控制屯焊烟尘浓度效果显著,值得推广。
