丙酸氟替卡松联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的观察在吸入丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂的基础上联合使用氯雷他定对变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘的疗效观察。方法 60例轻、中度支气管哮喘患者均给予丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻及氯雷他定口服,记录鼻炎症状评分及哮喘症状评分。结果治疗前鼻炎症状评分为（4.8±1.2）分,治疗后鼻炎症状评分为（2.1±0.8）分;治疗前哮喘症状评分为（4.6±0.29）分,治疗后哮喘症状评分为（2.2±0.7）分。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论在吸入丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂的基础上联合使用氯雷他定可显著提高变应性鼻炎合并哮喘的疗效。

Effect Observation of Fluticasone Propionate Combined Loratadine in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Allergic Rhinitis

Objective]To observe the efficacy of inhaled fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined loratadine in treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.Methods]A total of 60 cases of light,medium bronchus asthma patients were given inhaled fluticasone propionate and oral administration of loratadine,rhinitis symptoms score and the asthma symptoms score were recorded.Results]Pre-treatment rhinitis symptoms score was（4.8±1.2）,post-treatment,rhinitis symptoms score was（2.1±0.8）,pre-treatment of asthma symptom scores was（4.6±0.29）,post-treatment asthma symptoms score was（2.2±0.7）,with significant differences between the 2 groups（P0.01）.Conclusion]Inhaled fluticasone propionate nasal spray combined loratadine can significantly improve the treatment efficacy of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.
