| 摘 要： | 目的了解沈阳铁路辖区及沿线生活饮用水的卫生状况,为铁路疾病预防和控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2009—2010年辖区内生活饮用水监测数据进行回顾性分析。结果总体合格率为71.6%,其中铁路自备水源的合格率为57.0%,二次加压水的合格率为91.2%,分散式供水的合格率为43.8%。铁路自备水源和分散式供水与二次加压水相比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=70.06,P<0.01;χ2=27.23,P<0.01)。结论铁路辖区生活饮用水的水质存在着不同程度的污染,尤其是分散式供水及铁路自备水源的超标情况较为严重,饮水安全存在一定的隐患,应该引起有关部门的重视。
