许昌市东城区社区居民健康状况分析

目的通过社区居民健康调查,了解和分析社区居民的健康行为、健康状况和健康需求,制定社区居民健康干预措施,提高社区居民的健康水平。方法 2009年1月—2010年12月东城区社区卫生服务中心人员采用入户调查的方法,随机对2个社区5 723名居民进行健康调查。结果社区居民健康基本知识知晓率和健康行为形成率较低,5 723名社区居民中有1 365人患有慢性疾病,患病率23.85%。高血压、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病为慢性疾病的前3位,且随年龄增长慢性疾病患病率呈增高趋势,但与文化程度关系不大,不良的生活方式是慢性疾病患病率增加的主要危险因素。结论戒除不良生活习惯,加强体育锻炼,合理膳食,加强壮区居民健康档案的建立以及健康教育宣传是社区居民健康干预的关键。
