| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电焊对作业人员心血管方面的影响。方法选择某船舶制造业电焊专职人员231人作为电焊作业组,并选择同公司非电焊作业人员192人作为对照组,进行内科、血压及心电图的检查。结果研究对象内科检查均未发现异常,心电图异常主要为窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速等。电焊作业组血压异常率为6.1%,对照组为2.6%;电焊作业组心电图异常率为22.1%,对照组为17.7%,两组血压及心电图的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论暂未发现电焊对作业人员的心血管功能方面存在影响。
