| 摘 要： | 目的用客观数据阐释心理咨询和健康教育对降低白内障手术患者的焦虑程度的临床意义。方法①选取在我院拟行白内障手术的患者,分为心理咨询组88例,健康教育组88例,入院时采用ZONG氏焦虑自评量表测量病人的焦虑值;②用固定的血压计测量病人的血压、脉搏;③固定人员分别进行心理咨询和健康教育。住院准备1周左右,手术前1日再次对患者的焦虑值、血压、脉搏等进行测量。结果患者入院时与手术前1日,患者焦虑值对比差异有统计学意义,血压、脉搏对比无统计学意义;结论心理咨询和健康教育对降低白内障手术病人的焦虑程度具有临床效果。
