摘    要:目的了解北京市密云县2007—2010年食品化学污染物污染状况。方法按计划采集密云县辖区内蔬菜、食用菌、水产品、乳制品、肉类、粮食、藻类、蛋类、干红葡萄酒、蜜饯、馒头、散装熟肉制品等样本,按照GB/5009-2003等国家标准方法检测铅、镉、汞、铝、甜味剂、防腐剂、合成色素、着色剂等理化指标。结果共采集样本475份,获得有效监测数据1 712项。食品污染物铅、汞、苯甲酸、山梨酸、亚硝酸盐、合成色素、糖精钠、过氧化苯甲酰的超标率均为零,二氧化硫超标率为1.37%(1/79),甜蜜素超标率2.17%(1/46),镉超标率为7.60%(26/342)。结论密云县食品整体上化学性污染水平较低,应继续加强食品安全风险监测常规工作。
