| 摘 要： | 目的研究P15蛋白在高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）16/18型感染所致的尖锐湿疣组织中的表达,探讨其在尖锐湿疣发生发展中的作用。方法对经HPV分型PCR检测试剂盒检测HPV 16/18型阳性的40例尖锐湿疣组织应用免疫组织化学方法检测P15蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中表达水平,并以35例正常组织做对照。结果在尖锐湿疣组织中和正常对照组织中,P15蛋白阳性表达率分别为70.0%、94.3%,2组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 P15蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中表达降低可能与尖锐湿疣的发生发展有关。
