摘    要:目的建立并优化离子色谱法测定饮用水中溴酸盐含量的方法。方法采用大体积进样,离子色谱法梯度淋洗测定饮用水中痕量溴酸盐,并实现饮用水中多种阴离子同时测定。结果该方法对溴酸盐的检出限为0.2μg/L,在1~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),精密度高(RSD<1.0%)样品的加标回收率为95.4%~105.5%,可实现5种阴离子同时测定。结论该方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,适合饮用水日常检测的需要。

Abstract:Objective]To establish and optimize the method for quantitative detection of bromate in drinking water. Methods]The detection of bromate was achieved with gradient elution and large volume direct injection.The method could be used to determine variety of anions simultaneously. Results]In this method,the detection limit of bromate was 0.2 μg/L,good linear relationship show at the range of 1~100 μg/L(r=0.999 8),good analytic precision was obtained(RSD%〈l.0),the average recoveries rates were between 95.4% and 105.5%.The method could achieve the simultaneous determination of 5 anions. Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,sensitive.It has good adaptability to the daily determination of bromate in water.
