| 摘 要： | 目的评价2010年北京市顺义区麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动中异常反应发生情况,为今后此类工作的开展提供科学依据。方法对2010年顺义区麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动中出现的预防接种异常反应(AEFI)病例进行统计分析。结果顺义区共报告AEFI病例55例,报告发生率65.3/10万,其中,一般反应和异常反应分别为20和12例。异常反应中主要为过敏性皮疹,占91.7%。<1岁组AEFI发生率最高,98.2%的AEFI为接种后2天内发生。结论麻疹疫苗安全性较高。在今后工作中,应保持较高的AEFI报告灵敏度,健全鉴定赔偿机制,提高专业人员处置能力。建议在开展大规模接种前做好社会宣传和告知,提高公众对预防接种的认识。
