南宁市326名公交公司女司机妇科健康状况调查

目的了解公交车女司机盆腔内生殖器官的状况。方法选择南宁市326名公交公司女司机作为研究对象,另选择300名公交公司机关女职工作为对照组,分别进行妇科检查和妇科阴道超声检查,并将其检查结果比较。结果司机组妇科疾病检出率为68.40%,其中子宫肌瘤检出率为31.90%,宫颈病变检出率为20.86%,均分别高于对照组的43.00%和20.00%、8.33%。2组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;而司机组的卵巢肿瘤、盆腔积液检出率分别为5.61%,10.28%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论司机组盆腔内生殖器官健康状况较对照组差,应予以重视。

Investigation on Gynecologic Health Status of 326 Female Bus Drivers in Nanning City
