天津市河北区高中生易致成瘾行为流行现状及其影响因素

目的了解目前天津市高中生易致成瘾行为的流行状况及其影响因素,以便有的放矢地对其实施干预措施。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,对天津市河北区8所高中1 878名学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果高中男生吸烟、饮酒、长时间玩电子游戏及长时间上网检出率高于女生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;长时间看电视检出率女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在职业高中、普通高中及重点高中三者中,吸烟、长时间看电视、玩电子游戏及上网检出率,经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中职业高中最高。不同学习成绩学生的吸烟、饮酒、长时间玩电子游戏、长时间上网4类行为检出率,经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,有随学习成绩提高而下降的趋势。在易致成瘾行为中,吸烟受性别影响最大,而长时间看电视、玩电子游戏及上网3种行为受学生所在学校类型的影响最大。结论吸烟、饮酒、长时间上网等易致成瘾行为对该区未成年人的影响是不容忽视的,有赖于社会各界共同努力营造一个和谐、向上的健康环境。

Prevalence andFactors of Behaviors of Addiction Tendency among High School Students

Objective]To investigate the current status of addiction tendency behaviors among the high school students in Tianjin so as to adopt targeted intervening measures.Methods]An anonymous questionnaires surveys was conducted on 1 878 high school students in Hebei District of Tianjin City by using stratified cluster sampling method.Results]The prevalence of smoking,drinking,playing electronic games and long-time being on the internet in male students was higher than that of female（P0.05）,but the prevalence of watching TV for a long time in female students was higher than that of male students（P0.05）.Among vocational high schools,high school and key high school,the prevalence of smoking,watching TV,playing electronic games and long-time being on the internet was different significantly（P0.05）,with the highest prevalence in vocational high schools.The prevalence of smoking,drinking,playing electronic games and long-time being on the internet was different significantly between the students with different academic levels（P0.05）.And it had the tendency of decreasing with the exaltation of academic（P0.05）.The smoking was impacted most greatly by gender among behaviors of addiction tendency.And watching TV,playing electronic games and long-time being on the internet were impacted most greatly by the type of schools.Conclusion]The effects of smoking,drinking and long-time being on internet on adolescents can not be ignored.The community should build harmonious and healthy environment for them.
