三种封闭剂一次性治疗慢性有瘘型根周尖炎的临床疗效

目的比较3种根管封闭剂一次性充填慢性有瘘型根尖周炎术后疗效。方法对600颗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎单根管前牙随机分成3组进行一次性根管治疗,根管封闭剂分别采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂,Cortisomol糊剂,Endomethason ivory（美松）糊剂加牙胶尖进行冷侧压法充填,观察术后24 h和1周的反应。结果 3种根管封闭剂一次性根管充填术后24 h急性反应：氧化锌丁香油糊剂组与Cortisomol糊剂、Endomethason ivory糊剂2组差别有显著性,Cortisomol糊剂组与Endomethasonivory糊剂组差别无显著性;术后1周各组均无显著性差别,术后2周瘘管愈合,术后3个月根尖部炎症消除（X线片显示）。结论采用规范操作和优质根充材料,慢性有瘘型根周炎可以进行一次性根管治疗,Cortisomol糊剂和Endomethason ivory糊剂在目前临床根管治疗中较氧化锌糊剂更具优势,不仅减少了患者复诊次数,缩短治愈时间,同时也降低了术后24 h急性反应发生率,是较理想的根管充填材料。
