| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尘肺病患者肺功能损伤特点及其影响因素。方法用德国Jaeger公司的Spiro-labⅡ型肺功能测试仪对接触矽尘、煤尘作业人员进行离岗后肺功能测定,并对确诊为矽肺和煤工尘肺患者的测定结果进行分析。结果 196例尘肺患者的肺功能FVC、FEV1.0实测值与预测值的比值、FEV 1.0%的正常率分别为63.8%、61.2%、58.7%;不同年龄组Ⅰ期尘肺的肺功能损伤程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同期别矽肺与煤工尘肺的肺功能损伤程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矽肺与煤工尘肺发生肺通气功能障碍类型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尘肺病可引起患者肺功能损害,随着病程的进展和年龄的增长损害加重;同期别矽肺与煤工尘肺的肺功能损伤程度相近;矽肺与煤工尘肺发生肺通气功能障碍类型相似,且均以混合型通气功能障碍为主。
