| 摘 要： | 目的放射诊疗安全关系医疗市场安全和广大人民群众的生命健康权益,为了有效防止可能造成的放射性危害因素,从而进一步营建安全有序的放射诊疗环境。方法以现场检测和现场检查的方式,对上海市某区内一级以上及就诊率较高的民营和个体的放射诊疗机构放射工作场所进行现场抽检,并对放射防护设施落实情况进行监督检查。结果抽检了18家放射诊疗机构,被抽检单位的放射防护水平均符合国家相关要求,诊疗安全工作开展情况良好。结论各放射诊疗机构的相关负责人应高度重视,认真开展自查自纠工作,强化放射防护意识,有效地防范放射性危害的发生。
