海阳市2006—2010年街头食品摊点餐饮具消毒监测结果

摘    要:目的了解海阳市市区及乡镇街头食品摊点餐具的卫生状况,为食品卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法使用大肠菌群检测纸片检测。结果 2006—2010年食品摊点合格率为58.59%,合格率逐年上升,市区合格率(65.08%)高于乡镇(48.57%);餐饮具消毒合格率61.08%,市区(67.16%)高于乡镇(50.83%);杯、匙、筷的合格率高于碗和盘;消毒(98.46%)与未消毒(21.86%)餐饮具的卫生合格率差异有统计学意义,采样的餐饮具有48.8%的未经消毒。结论海阳市食品摊点餐饮具卫生合格率较低,应结合实际,加强督导和监测管理,保障群众的饮食安全。
