| 摘 要： | 目的观察治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法对内蒙古医院附属医院54例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为观察组（31例）及对照组（23例）,对照组采用强的松龙混悬液加利多卡因进行治疗,观察组采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率（96.7%）明显高于对照组（73.9%）。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.1,P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗口腔扁平苔藓能发挥协调互补作用,有利于口腔黏膜细胞的修复,又能依靠全身免疫调节功能,巩固疗效,减少复发。
