放射工作人员热释光个人剂量测量不确定度评定

摘    要:目的为保证放射工作人员热释光个人剂量测量数据的准确性,评定其不确定度。方法分析不确定度来源,通过计算给出不确定度。结果 相对扩展不确定度为8.2%。结论个人剂量测量不确定度主要受刻度因子、探测器重复性和发光系统偏差3个分量的影响。

Abstract:[Objective]To ensure the accuracy of TL individual dose data about radiation workers,and evaluate the uncertainty in TL individual dose measurement. [Methods]The source of uncertainty was analyzed by calculating the given uncertainty. [Results]Relative expanded uncertainty was 8.2%. [Conclusion]The TL individual dose monitoring measurement uncertainty are influenced mainly by the scale factor,the repeatability of the detectors and the deviation of the optical system.
