| 摘 要： | 目的通过健康教育探讨冠心病患者、家属及慢性患者对防治知识的知晓程度。方法对心血管科住院的冠心病患者和家属、社区卫生服务站就诊各种慢性病的患者和患者家属,采取健康宣教讲座、发放相关知识资料和责任护士进行个性化指导相结合的方式给予综合健康教育,按职业和年龄分组,在健康教育前后分别进行问卷答题打分评估。结果经健康教育后,受教育者对冠心病防治知识的认知程度有显著提高,健教前后的知晓率有统计学意义(P<0.05),服药依从性亦显著提高。结论健康教育对冠心病知识起着明显的辅助作用,可使患者对冠心病有一个比较清楚的认识,以此改变不良生活习惯,提高冠心病的控制和预防的有效率。
