| 摘 要： | 目的分析西安市1990—2010年乙型病毒性肝炎（乙肝）报告构成和发病动态,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法对1990—2010年疫情年报和专题调查进行分析;应用χ2检验、周期性检验等方法处理数据,并进行流行病学分析。结果 21年累计报告病毒性肝炎病例217 510例,以乙肝构成为主,共计报告153 989例（70.80%）。乙肝报告发病率呈明显周期性波动和上升趋势,并可见较明显的3个发病高峰,流行周期分别为6～8 a,经游程检验,差异有统计学意义（H=3,P〈0.01）。不同年代季节分布差异有统计学意义（χ2=582.467,P〈0.01）。结论流行动态表明,西安市乙肝仍是重点控制的传染病,加强疫苗接种,提高监测质量是主要措施。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To analyze the reports constitution and dynamic characteristics of hepatitis B in Xi'an city during 1990-2010,provide the basis for making the prevention measure.
