摘    要:目的探讨生产性噪声对作业工人听力的影响。方法测定各噪声作业车间的噪声强度,对808名噪声作业人员进行纯音听阈测试,并对听力损失与工龄、工种的关系分别进行统计学分析。结果 4 000 Hz高频听阈听力损失人数最多;随着工龄的增加,听力损失检出率亦增加,不同工龄组间听力损失比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同工种组间听力损失比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论噪声作业环境对作业工人高频听阈听力影响显著,随着噪声作业工龄的增加,听力损失检出率增加,建议加强个人防护,建立健康监护档案,控制职业性噪声聋发生。
