| 摘 要： | 目的了解遵义市暗娼艾滋病防治知识与行为特征,为有效开展行为干预,提高安全套使用率提供依据。方法采取横断面调查,对235名暗娼进行问卷调查。结果血液、性交、母婴3种传播途径的正确回答率不足60.0%,性交时使用安全套可以预防艾滋病的知晓率为57.0%,最近一次商业性性行为中未坚持使用安全套的为36.2%,其中主要以＂性消费者要求不用＂为主,占74.5%。结论该市暗娼艾滋病预防知识知晓率偏低,安全套使用比例不高,必须进一步加大宣传教育力度及行为干预工作。
