| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市昌平区1 512例艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)的人群特征及求询原因,分析辖区HIV传播途径,为有效开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法由经过培训的咨询员对求询者进行检测前后咨询和HIV抗体初筛检测,每位求询者填写一份《咨询个案登记表》。结果 1 512名求询者以男性为主,年龄以20~49岁为主。13 64名求询者接受HIV抗体检测,发现21例HIV感染者,阳性率为1.54%。HIV抗体检出率在不同文化程度的求询者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。求询者类型以男性非婚异性性接触、女性非婚异性性接触、男性同性性接触者为主,合计占总求询者的83.07%。结论 VCT仍是该区艾滋病防控工作的重点之一,应继续广泛宣传VCT的相关内容,更加全面深入地开展VCT服务。对高危人群进行有针对性的行为干预,亦是该区预防控制艾滋病的重要措施。
