| 摘 要： | 目的观察水飞蓟素胶囊对胆石症患者的疗效。方法将45例胆石症患者随机分为2组,治疗组在术前3天及术后2周服用水飞蓟素胶囊（140 mg次/,2次/d）,对照组仅采用手术治疗,不加中药。观察术后疗效、一般情况、胆汁中总胆固醇、胆汁酸及血炎症因子水平。结果治疗组与对照组手术疗效及术后一般情况均较好,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组总胆固醇含量较治疗前下降、胆汁酸升高（P〈0.05）,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组手术前后两指标均无明显变化;2组患者术后炎症因子水平均明显升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,对照组比治疗组升高更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论胆石症患者行手术治疗可取得良好疗效,若在此基础上联用水飞蓟素胶囊,可降低胆汁中胆固醇、提高胆汁酸含量,并可改善术后炎症反应。
