| 摘 要： | 对不同人群使用2种重组乙型肝炎疫苗（HepB CHO）和HepB（酵母）免疫应答研究进展进行综述。结果表明,2种疫苗全程免疫后针对新生儿、儿童、大学生的3个研究检测结果均为HepB（CHO）免疫应答优于HepB（酵母）,针对小学生的2个研究结果不一致,针对成人的2个研究均显示2种疫苗差异无统计学意义。对儿童加强接种2种疫苗后的3个研究结果均不相同。
