一起中学生流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情的特征与防控对策

目的了解流行性腮腺炎暴发的原因和流行特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学、临床调查方法,确立流行强度、暴发的因素。结果 疫情发生于春夏交替季节,历时72天,共发病63例,罹患率6.31%,有一大二小3个高峰,病例分布在17个班级。所有病例均无明确的腮腺炎疫苗免疫史。结论免疫力缺失、隔离措施不到位以及应急免疫覆盖率偏低是引起本次暴发疫情的主要原因,今后应有针对性地制定防控策略,开展相应的防控工作。
