| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市怀柔区近年来梅毒流行特征及流行规律,为今后有效开展梅毒预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2005—2010年辖区内各医疗机构网上报告确诊的梅毒病例资料进行统计分析。结果梅毒报告发病率呈逐年上升趋势,年平均增长率为26.60%。在性病病例报告中,女性梅毒发病高于男性。梅毒发病年龄主要集中在20～49岁组,占梅毒发病总数的72.62%,其中以20～29岁组发病为主。职业以家务及待业和农民发病为主,占梅毒发病总数的57.38%。梅毒发病以一、二期梅毒为主,一期多于二期。2008年开始有胎传梅毒的报告,隐性梅毒有逐年增加的趋势。结论加强对该区重点人群梅毒防治知识的宣传教育、行为干预和监测工作将是今后工作的重点。
