沧州市某县初中1900名在校学生结核菌素试验筛检结果

目的了解沧州市某县初中在校学生结核病发病情况,以控制结核病在学校传播流行。方法选择该县初中学校在校的1 900名学生进行结核菌素（PPD）试验筛检。结果在1 900名学生中,PPD试验阳性率为13.74%,其中一般阳性率为9.74%,强阳性率为4.00%。一般阳性者男女生差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.014,P〉0.05）,强阳性者男女生之间差异亦无统计学意义（χ2=1.18,P〉0.05）。肺结核患病率为2.65‰,男女生差异亦无统计学意义（χ2=0.31,P〉0.05）。结论应加强对PPD试验阳性者的监督、管理和治疗,定期开展结核病的筛检,减少结核病在学校中的发生与传播;另外,在学校中应加强结核病知识的宣传教育。

Screening Results of Tuberculin Test of 1900 Junior Middle School Students in a County of Cangzhou City

Objective]To know the epidemic status of tuberculosis in junior middle school students in a county of Cangzhou city,so as to control the tuberculosis in school. Methods]PPD screening was adopted. Results]Among 1900 junior middle school students,the PPD positive rate was 13.74%,with the generally positive rate of 9.74% and the strongly positive rate of 4.11%.There was no significant difference in the generally positive rate between boys and girls（χ2=0.014,P〉0.05）,and the difference in the strongly positive rate was not significant（χ2=1.18,P〉0.05）.The prevalence of tuberculosis was 2.65‰,and there was no significant difference between boys and girls（χ2=0.31,P〉0.05）. Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and treatment in students with positive PPD,carry out the screening for tuberculosis regularly,reduce the occurrence and spread of tuberculosis in school,and improve the education of knowledge about tuberculosis in school.
