| 摘 要： | 目的调查清远市市区2005年9月—2010年8月病媒生物蝇类的种群本底及消长情况,为开展病媒生物蝇类的防制工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国病煤生物监测方案》和广东省要求选点进行监测,监测采用笼诱法。结果在清远市市区共设蝇笼300笼次,共捕获蝇类14 731只,月平均密度49.10只/笼,隶属4科9属13种。捕获的蝇类中大头金蝇共捕捉11 931只,占80.99%,家蝇共捕捉1 279只,占8.69%;铜绿蝇共捕捉789只,占5.36%;市蝇共捕捉290只,占1.97%,为当地的优势蝇种。4种当地优势蝇种蝇类构成比差异有统计学意义（χ2=264,v=12,P〈0.01）。1月蝇密度迅速上升,2—4月达第1个高峰,3个月的平均月密度为82.64只/笼,9月达第2个小高峰,为42.78只/笼,随后下降。不同场所蝇密度不同,农贸集市蝇密度最高,为125.66只/笼。结论基本掌握了清远市市区病媒生物蝇类种群构成和季节消长规律。
