| 摘 要： | 目的分析天津市汉沽区流动人口结核病健康干预效果，为探索有效的流动人口结核病干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法，对从事服装加工、餐饮服务、建筑、废品回收4个职业的部分流动人口进行问卷调查。结果通过发放宣传品、张贴海报、开展健康咨询活动、举办系列健康知识讲座等多种形式的健康干预活动，调查对象的结核病防治核心信息知晓率有了明显提高，从干预前的36．68％提高到干预后的81．42％；结核病相关态度、行为也有所改变。结论开展系列结核病健康干预活动取得了一定的效果。今后仍应加强该人群结核病防治健康教育力度，开展多种形式的健康干预活动，以提高他们的结核病防治意识，有效遏制流动人口结核病的发生。
