2002—2010年大连市区居民死因和减寿年分析

目的了解大连市区居民死亡率、死亡原因、减寿情况,为开展进一步健康教育和综合防治提供科学依据。方法采用减寿分析指标对2002—2010年的死因资料进行分析。结果大连市区2002—2010年居民死亡数为123 667例,死亡率为635.33/10万,标化死亡率为399.83/10万。男女死亡率性比值为1.30∶1（χ2=2 108.50,P=0.00）。前5位死因为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒和内分泌疾病。潜在寿命损失年数（YPLL）前5位为肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤、先天畸形和消化系统疾病。早死指数（AYLL）前5位为围生期疾病、先天畸形、妊娠分娩、损伤中毒和肌肉结缔组织疾病。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤为大连市主要死因,应加强全民健康教育,降低死亡率及疾病负担。

Analysis on the Causes of Death and YPLL in Urban Dalian during 2002 -2010

Objective]To understand the death rate,main causes of death and the years of potential life lost（YPLL） among residents in urban Dalian,and provide scientific basis for developing prevention and control measures. Methods]YPLL index was applied to analyze the data during 2002-2010. Results]During 2002-2010,the number of the death was 123 667.The death rate was 635.33/105,and the standardized death rate was 399.83/105.The death rate ratio of males to females was 1.30∶1（χ2=2 108.50,P=0.00）.The first 5 death causes were as follows： circulatory system diseases,tumor,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisonings,endocrinopathy.The top 5 causes of YPLL were as follows： tumor,circulatory system diseases,injuries,congenital malformations,digestive system diseases.The top 5 causes of average years of life lost（AYLL） were as follows： perinatal diseases,congenital malformations,pregnancy and delivery,injuries and poisonings,muscle connective tissue disease. Conclusion]Heart disease and tumors are the major causes of death in Dalian.Health education should be enhanced to decrease the death rate and the burden of disease.
