某智能化时电镀表生产建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘    要:目的预防、控制、消除某智能化电镀表生产建设项目的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法综合分析该项目现场职业卫生学调查情况、检测结果及职业健康监护结果,依据相关法律、法规、标准、技术规范进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素主要为铅烟、二氧化锡、非稳态噪声及工频电场;铅烟时间加权平均(TWA)浓度检测范围是〈0.004~0.007 mg/m3,二氧化锡TWA检测范围是0.3~0.4 mg/m3,非稳态噪声检测范围是71.1~80.1 dB(A),工频电场检测范围是0.47~1.42 V/m。职业健康检查未检出接触粉尘、噪声作业在岗期间目标疾病。结论该项目在实施过程中,能够采取相关职业病危害防护措施,各工种接触职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求,达到了职业病危害控制效果。
