| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病的相关关系。方法采用简易智能状态检查表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)为检测工具,采用相应的老年性痴呆的诊断标准诊确诊AD。采用荧光偏振免疫分析法(FPIA)检测57例AD患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果 AD患者组血浆中Hcy水平高于正常对照组Hcy水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AD患者血浆中Hcy水平随病情加重而升高。结论高Hcy血症可能是AD危险因素,该研究为AD早期诊断及早期干预提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels and Alzheimer's disease(AD). [Methods]MMSE and ADL were used as detection tools.Appropriate diagnostic criteria were adopted for AD diagnosis.By fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA),plasma homocysteine levels of 57 cases of AD were detected.
