摘    要:目的建立ALIANCE FUTURA水质间隔流动注射分析仪测定水源水中总氮的分析方法。方法仪器进样器自动进样,并将样品于密闭的管路中通过分析模块发生完全的化学反应后,进入流动检测池进行光度检测,由数据处理系统自动处理分析数据。结果在0~5.0 mg/L线性区间内该方法具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),较高的精密度和准确度(RSD=2.07%。其检出限低(0.011 mg/L),与国标法相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与GB 11894-89碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法相比,该法具有提高工作效率及结果准确性等优点,可应用于大批量常规水源水分析。
