| 摘 要： | 目的了解昆山市流动人口性行为等情况、对待艾滋病感染者的态度及对艾滋病知识的信息需求等。方法抽取三星级和四星级宾馆各5家、五星级宾馆1家的400名流动人口进行结构问卷调查。结果流动人口多数处于性活跃期,与配偶或同居者发生性行为时安全套使用率不高。其艾滋病知识知晓率总体较低,总知晓率为51.00%。27.25%的流动人口愿意与感染艾滋病的工友一起工作。结论应建立和完善对流动人口进行艾滋病健康教育的常规机制,加强艾滋病知识健康宣教和行为干预,扭转流动人口对艾滋病感染者的歧视态度,积极营造全社会共同预防艾滋病的良好局面。 |
