| 摘 要： | 目的比较快速血浆反应素(RPR)环状卡片试验、梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)和酶联免疫吸附法(TP-ELISA)在梅毒血清学筛查中的应用价值。方法对800份娱乐场所女服务员血清标本同步采用RPR、TPPA、TP-ELISA3种方法进行梅毒血清学检测并对比分析。结果在800份血清标本中RPR阳性6例,TPPA阳性22例,TP-ELISA阳性24例,且TP-PA与TP-ELISA相关性较高。结论 TP-ELISA可作为梅毒血清学筛查的较理想方法。
