摘    要:目的应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术,建立外标法测定饮用水中28种挥发性有机物。方法饮用水中的有机物经氦气吹扫捕集后,被解析到气相色谱中,经过DB-624毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,质谱选择离子模式测定。结果该方法检出限为0.005~0.15μg/L,最低定量限0.02~0.5μg/L。添加水平为0.5~5.0μg/L时,测定28种挥发性有机物加标回收率为92.4%~108.4%,相对标准偏差为2.73%~8.23%。结论该方法灵敏度高,回收率好,能够快速、准确地检测饮用水中28种挥发性有机物。

Abstract:Objective]To establish an external standard method for the detection of 28 volatile organic compounds in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Methods]After purge and trap,the organic compounds in drinking water were released to the gas chromatography.Through the DB-624 column temperature programmed,the organic compounds were separated,and then were detected by the selected ion mode of mass spectrometry.Results]The limits of detection were 0.005~0.15 μg/L and the limits of quantification were 0.02~0.5 μg/L.When the added level was 0.5~5.0 μg/L,the recoveries were 92.4%~108.4%.The precision relative standard deviation was 2.73%~8.23%.Conclusion]This method has high sensitivity and good recovery.It can be used to detect the 28 volatile organic compounds in drinking water rapidly and accurately.
