| 摘 要： | 目的了解微波对操作人员眼部,晶状体的损伤,为做好健康监护和制定防护措施提供依据。方法依据《职业健康监护技术规范》的要求,对某市企业112名从事微波作业人员进行眼科检查,并将结果与对照组进行对比。结果调查组晶体总混浊率及晶体混浊程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;工龄超过10 a的微波作业人员及45岁以下微波作业人员晶体混浊率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05或0.01）,差异有统计学意义。结论长期低强度微波辐射可对工作人员眼晶状体造成损伤,且具有一定的累积作用。应加强对微波作业人员这一特殊群体的健康防护工作,特别是眼部的防护。
