新兵人群中C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平回顾性血清流行病学调查

目的了解入伍新兵人群中C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对北京军区近4年来自7个省市的360名入伍新兵血清进行了C群流脑IgG抗体检测,统计分析其阳性率。结果发现各年间入伍新兵血清中C群流脑IgG抗体历年间呈显著增高变化,为41.33%-74.07%,平均55.56%;抗体含量为0.173-77.655μg/m l,平均(4.766±8.396)μg/m l;地区间差别显著,河南省(74.07%)、湖北省(65.00%)和山东省(60.00%)较高,北京市(41.33%)和浙江省(42.22%)较低;入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率无显著性差别;其差别的主要原因可能与各地区疫苗接种率、隐性感染和接种时间长短有关。结论入伍新兵人群中C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率为41.33%-74.07%,并有显著性地区差异,阳性率明显低于75%警戒线,应引起高度重视,防止C群流脑在部队人群中暴发流行;抗体平均含量为(4.766±8.396)μg/m l,所以,应在新兵入伍期间,采取预防接种、健康教育等有效预防措施。
