阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与氧化抗氧化相关性研究

摘    要:目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome,OSAHS)患者及OSAHS相关高血压(OSAHAHT)患者血清中氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,ox-LDL)及铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(copper-zinc superoxide dismutase,CuZnSOD)水平的变化。方法选择OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者各20例及健康对照组20例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中ox-LDL水平,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血清中CuZnSOD水平,并与睡眠监测指标进行相关分析。结果与对照组比较,OSAHS及OSAHAHT组患者血清中ox-LDL浓度升高,CuZnSOD浓度降低(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。OSAHS及OSAHAHT组患者血清中ox-LDL、CuZnSOD水平与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者血清中ox-LDL及CuZnSOD水平有变化,存在氧化应激,血清中ox-LDL及CuZnSOD水平可以反映OSAHS患者的病情严重程度。
