某家具厂噪声作业工人心血管系统功能调查分析

目的通过对某家具厂噪声作业工人的心血管功能指标测定,了解噪声与心血管疾病患病率之间的关系。方法采用横断面调查方法,以某家具厂噪声作业工龄1年以上的197名工人作为接触组,以该厂非噪声工作者200名工人作为对照组。通过测定环境噪声暴露水平与工人体检,探讨环境噪声与工人的血压、心电图异常患病率的关系。结果接触露组高血压患病率与心电图异常率均高于对照组（均P〈0.05）,且高血压患病率跟累积噪声暴露量有剂量-反应关系（P〈0.05）。结论噪声可以对心血管功能产生损害。
