| 摘 要： | 目的分析梧州市中小学生贫血的流行现状,为贫血的防治工作提供依据。方法分层随机整群抽取7岁-、9岁-、12岁-、14岁-、17岁-5组汉族在校学生,按WHO 1972年标准筛查贫血及其程度,分析其构成比。结果梧州市中小学生贫血检出率为9.13%,属WHO"轻度"流行水平。"边缘性贫血"占贫血患者的主体。城区学生检出率高于乡村,女生高于男生;7岁组学生的检出率最高,达11.79%,低年龄小学生和城区女生是防治的重点人群。结论梧州市属于轻度贫血流行区。应加强学生的营养教育,改变学生的不良饮食习惯,降低学生贫血的患病率。
