砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘的质量控制

摘    要:目的对过硫酸铵-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘进行质量控制。方法根据WS/T 107-2006的方法评价方法的准确度和精密度。结果在标准曲线范围内,碘浓度与相应测得的吸光度的对数值之间有良好的线性关系,r>0.999;相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%,变异系数<10%。结论该方法的准确度、精密度、线性范围都符合方法学的要求且结果满意。

Abstract:[Objective]To conduct the quality control of ammonium persulfate-arsenic cerium catalysis spectrophotometry for determination of urine iodine. [Methods]WS/T 107-2006 was adopted to evaluate the accuracy and precision of the method.
