| 摘 要： | 目的通过对2006—2010年清远市血吸虫病的监测,掌握清远市近年来血防工作的落实情况。方法按照广东省疾病预防控制中心的要求,开展各项监测工作,对监测结果进行汇总分析。结果通过5年的监测,在原血吸虫病流行区共查荒地1 688 305 m2,水沟76 020 m,螺框23 721框;设假螺点查可疑地区82 724 m2,设标记螺点1 947框,查获1 316框,标记螺点查获率为67.59%;放标记螺7 552粒,查获3 958粒,标记钉螺查获率为52.41%;对29 826 m水下诱螺,在可疑水沟里投放稻草框2 903框,回收2 404框,回收率为82.81%;回收杂螺65 125粒,平均27.09粒/框;螺情监测未发现活钉螺。抽查原流行区小学生血样3 466份,阳性79份,粪检均为阴性;抽查耕牛血样2 541份,均为阴性。结论在原疫区未发现残存的活钉螺及新感染的血吸虫病人及病畜,表明清远市消灭血吸虫病的成果巩固。
